About me
—— Yiling Chen
Designer - Services, UX, Brand Strategy
Researcher - UX, CX, Sociology
-
As a service and product designer, I have collaborated with the London Borough of Hounslow on community service projects and gained expertise in brand development and UX design for education technology company.
-
My professional journey began in Shanghai as a Product Designer. I then moved to London to pursue a Master's degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art and business training at Imperial College Business School.
-
Over the years, I have built extensive project experience, including creating service systems, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, clients, and users, and designing user experiences while developing high-fidelity UI prototypes.
I have honed my ability to apply design methods that preserve the creative essence of an idea. I seek connections between diverse elements, build insights from them, and create narratives that bring value and meaning to a wide range of projects.
